SUMMARY OF THE ALPINE RETREAT (chalet + apartments):

- High-quality self-catered FARMHOUSE CHALET in the famous Chamonix Valley
- Next to the pistes (you can ski back for lunch!)
- 4 spacious bedrooms - (sleeps up to a maximum of 10)
- 3 bathrooms
- Plus APARTMENT JOY (sleeps up to 4) and APARTMENT ANN (sleeps up to 2) which can be rented alone or together with the farmhouse (we can accomodate any number between 1 and 16)

We are located just:
- 2 minutes walk from 2 ski lifts (car not required)
-200 metres from several restaurants, bars and the boulangerie
- one hour's easy drive/transfer from Geneva airport

All accomodations have a flat-screen TV (with free to view satelite) and unlimited free wifi
The Alpine Retreat has a large private garden (with garden furniture and a BBQ for Summer) and the most spectacular views in the valley (see images below).    

We normally operate with a Saturday changeover - except for the Xmas and New Year weeks which will run from the 20th - 27th Dec 2011, and the 27th Dec 2011 - 3 Jan 2012 respectively.

You don't have to be a large group to enjoy the comfort and space of the main farmhouse. We often have groups as small as 3 or 4 who rent the house and welcome the space that it provides.

Welcome to the Alpine Retreat - our wonderful farmhouse and apartments. The Alpine Retreat and its large garden are located in the fabulous Chamonix valley overlooking the Mont Blanc massif shown below. It is absolutely perfectly located for your winter or summer holiday as active or relaxing as you please.

Summer guests can enjoy walking, mountain biking, climbing or even paragliding and there is a vast range of other outdoor activities available locally. The Alpine Retreat is also popular with photographers, painters and those who simply want to relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air !

For those who would like to improve their photographic skills, Rob (a commercial photographer and photography instructor) offers tailor made, competitively-priced photography and Photoshop elements (image manipulation) instruction to suit every level of photographer. Please just ask for details.
