Free unlimited wifi internet access is provided. - upstairs there are 4 bedrooms: 3 double/twin bedrooms and a 4th with 2 sets of bunk beds (4 bedspaces). - 3 bathrooms with showers and 3 WCs - plenty of storage space on the large mezzanine floor and in the downstairs corridor. - Optional extra: APARTMENT JOY (sleeps up to 4). When rented with the Farmhouse this enables up to 14 people to eat and socialise together in the main farmhouse whilst having the extra bed-spaces in apartment Joy for sleeping. All of our accommodation is offered on a non-smoking and a no pets basis. All sheets, king-size duvets and covers are provided, with fluffy white towels and table linen. We offer a cot for a baby if required and there is plenty of room for parking at the bottom of the drive. Above - the Farmhouse dining room with large open fire. For smaller parties who like space and comfort, why not rent the main farmhouse? You don't have to fill every bed to appreciate the large salon, nicely fitted bathrooms and new kitchen. Despite its maximum occupancy of 10 with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, many of our farmhouse rentals are for parties of 4 or less people.
