Then to make a reservation, just send or electronically transfer the deposit payment to us and submit a booking form (see below).

Cleaning/Damages Deposit = £50 for apartment Joy, £250 for the farmhouse. This deposit is due at the same time as the Final Payment (i.e. 8 weeks before your holiday)

Please send the cleaning/damages deposit as a SEPARATE cheque so that we can hold on to this uncashed and hopefully return this to you after your visit, assuming that there are no damage/breakages/extra cleaning charges - thank you.
